Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include in your package.
Pack Your Gear
Securely pack the BucketGolf set in its original box, ensuring all components like flags, buckets, and balls are included.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
